I’m a staff member at Shunsai Washoku Kutsurogi.
Our restaurant offers a wide variety of fresh seafood dishes, but today’s
special recommendation is our “Chef’s Selection: Five Skewer Assortment.”
This Five Skewer Assortment features carefully selected sea bream, salmon,
yellowtail, scallops, and octopus, allowing you to fully enjoy their
freshness.
We lightly sear fish that are fresh enough to be eaten raw — so you can
enjoy both the aroma of grilled fish and the fresh, rare texture inside.
Of course, it tastes great with ponzu sauce,
but my personal favorite is our special miso sauce — I highly recommend it!
